Q:  When will you ship my order?

A:  We do our very best to ship every order the same or next business day. In most cases, our shipping team will send you a confirmation email letting you know which day your order is leaving the warehouse, which carrier is being used, and a tracking number. Please take note that some of the products we sell are "dropshipped" by the manufacturers directly to our customers. These items may take several additional days to be received.


Q:  Are all of the clubs you sell authentic?

A:  Absolutely. We guarantee the authenticity of every club we sell.  We know there are plenty of knockoff clubs being sold online today, but we carefully inspect every club we sell and back every purchase with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.


Q:  I want to use my old clubs to get store credit. How do I do that?

A:  We're always happy to pay cash for your old golf clubs, but you have the option of taking a DallasGolf.com store credit when you submit your trade-in, via our online trade-in system. Please note that store credits may only be redeemed for the purchase of items on DallasGolf.com. They cannot be used for purchases from the Dallas Golf eBay store.  


Q:  I'm not fully satisfied with my purchase. What do I do?

A:  If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with a purchase from DallasGolf.com, we want to know about it. Please call 800.955.9550 and a member of our customer service team will be glad to work with you to make it right. To help you buy with confidence, we even offer a no-questions-asked 30 day return option to all of our customers.


Q:  I live locally in the Dallas area. Can I pick up my clubs?

A:  Absolutely. We are open Monday thru Friday and allow local pickup of purchases from 8am until 4pm. We do not have a traditional retail storefront any longer, but we strongly encourage you to visit the Dallas Golf Performance Studio. We offer fitting services, club repair, and much more.


Q:  I'm hosting a tournament and want to know if Dallas Golf can contribute to my event?

A:  We would be glad to! Just send an email to info@dallasgolf.com with all of the basic info about your event. We will need the name, phone number, and email for your tournament chairperson as well as a specific request in writing for what you would like Dallas Golf to contribute.
