Last year, TaylorMade created a whole lot of buzz with their Twist Face technology. This year they are taking Twist Face to a whole new level. Both the M5 and M6 driver heads have been individually injected to reach the threshold of the maximum legal limit of ball speed.These new drivers are actually made illegal then tuned back to a legal state. The screws in the face aim to give the drivers a larger sweetspot which means more ball speed across a larger area. Every head is individually speed tested and injected with tuning resin to optimize COR across the entire face. The Speed Injection process is designed to maximize ball speed and distance in the driver, achieving performance at or near the legal limit. This all means longer and straighter drives for everyone off the tee in 2019!

The M5 is the driver with more adjustability between the two. TaylorMade redesigned the Inverse T-Track. It now includes two 10g movable weights that can be positioned to increase MOI and dial in your optimal launch conditions. Twist face is back to help you hit straighter shots. A improved version of Hammerhead slot is created to increase the sweet spot and protect the ball speeds on off line shots. There is also the M5 Tour Model available with a 435 cc head for those seeking a Tour look.

The M6 driver features a new carbon composite on the sole of the M6 which has allowed more weight to be moved lower and deeper for added stability.The carbon sole works along with the Inertia Generator which stores 46 grams of weight low and back for maximum forgiveness. The club is lighter thanks to the lightweight matte black crown.Twist Face is back again this year.The revolutionary face curvature has been engineered to reduce sidespin and deliver straighter shots on off-center strikes.
