Shaft Returns **UPDATED MARCH 2026**
Standard driver length or longer: You're welcome to return the shaft within 30 days, provided it isn't showing any abnormal wear, damage, or post-receipt additional modifications. Refund will go back to form of payment used at checkout minus shipping fees.
Shafts shorter than standard driver length (fairways / hybrids / anything under standard driver length). Because these shafts are unlikely to be re-used, we are unable to accept returns for them, unless the shaft is truly defective or incorrectly built.
Return shipping is done at the buyer's expense. Return authorizations and RMA numbers are not necessary.

Club Returns
Any clubs can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus any shipping charges. If a new club is returned as used then a store credit will be issued not a refund.

We offer flat rate domestic shipping on most items for just $6.95. Whether it's a driver, a set of irons, a couple dozen golf balls, or even a golf bag we will charge you just $6.95 for most orders. Need it a bit faster? FedEx Express 2-Day shipping starts at $30.00 or overnight for starts at $50!
Live outside the United States? No problem. We ship to international destinations starting at just $30.00! We ship to more than 100 countries with FedEx Worldwide service. This is an air service (not ground) so there generally is not an additional brokerage fee. Please be aware that customs, taxes, duties, and other fees ARE the responsibility of the buyer. We also have a USPS Priority Mail International service option if you prefer.
Local Pickup
Do you live in the Dallas area? If so, you can pick up your order in person and save yourself a few bucks on shipping. Internet order pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am until 6:00pm, at the Dallas Golf's retail shop. Just bring your photo ID with you!
