The Quantum family of drivers features Callaway's groundbreaking Tri-Force Face, a never-before-used high-strength titanium, poly mesh, and carbon fiber construction. Callaway's extensive testing has proven, without a doubt, that titanium is the most resilient and highest-performing face material, and the thinner the titanium, the more powerful it becomes. However, it has its limitations, as once it surpasses a certain thinness, it can no longer withstand high-speed impacts. By leveraging ballistic-grade poly mesh, a material used in bulletproof vests, and carbon fiber, Tri-Force allows the titanium portion of the face, which is responsible for its speed, to be 14% thinner and 17% more resilient than previously possible. Callaway then optimized the face, utilizing their industry-leading AI modeling to account for the newly unlocked performance possibilities.
