Membership & Eligibility
The Dallas Golf Rewards Program is a loyalty program offered at the sole discretion of Dallas Golf Company, Inc. and Dallasgolf.com (“Dallas Golf”).
Membership (“Membership”) to Dallas Golf Rewards Program is limited to individual consumers only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and affiliates of Dallas Golf Company are not eligible for Membership. You must be age 13 years of age or older to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation.
You will automatically become a Dallas Golf member (“Member”) by creating an account or logging in to your existing account. You must provide a valid email to create a Rewards account. You agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER.
Changes, Termination And/Or Removal From Program
Dallas Golf may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, modify, or terminate all or any portion of the rewards program, the Dallas Golf reward program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, or Dallas Golf Bucks, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Dallas Golf Bucks already accumulated, the value of the rewards or the time and terms of redemption. The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Dallas Golf, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a termination date. Nothing herein requires Dallas Golf to honor any Dallas Golf Bucks if the entire Program has been cancelled, terminated or suspended. No Dallas Golf Bucks will be issued or redeemed after termination of the Reward Program.
Dallas Golf reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Dallas Golf may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. If your Membership is revoked, any Dallas Golf Bucks in your account will automatically be forfeited. Dallas Golf reserves the right to make changes to its Web site, and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these terms and conditions from time to time to keep informed of any changes.
Earning and Redeeming Dallas Golf Bucks
Members can earn Dallas Golf Bucks in multiple ways when signed into their account on Dallasgolf.com. Dallas Golf Bucks are earned for the following transactions:
- Creation and updating your Rewards profile
- Completion of a “Qualified Purchase” of merchandise on Dallasgolf.com. A Qualified Purchase excludes sales tax, coupon codes, gift cards, store credit, and shipping, purchases of any merchandise that may be excluded by the manufacturer, and purchases of Dallas Golf gift cards.
- Follow Dallas Golf on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter social media platforms
Dallas Golf Bucks awarded are based on US$ of eligible transaction. From time to time, Dallas Golf may offer increased or promotional Dallas Golf Bucks to provide incentive for certain transactions. Such promotions may be offered, withdrawn or may expire at any time at the discretion of Dallasgolf.com.
Once a Member accumulates 1,000 Dallas Golf Bucks, he/she will have the opportunity to redeem Dallas Golf Bucks at checkout for a $10 credit on a future purchase. Dallas Golf Bucks may only be redeemed in 1,000 point increments. Neither cash nor store credit will be provided for any unused Dallas Golf Bucks Dallas Golf Bucks cannot be redeemed for Dallasgolf.com gift cards. Dallas Golf Bucks may not be transferred between accounts, nor can they be sold, bartered, brokered or transferred for any reason. All returns of purchases made using Dallas Golf Bucks are subject to Dallasgolf’s return policies, as applicable.
Expiration of Rewards Points
Dallas Golf reserves the right to change its Rewards Points expiration policy at any time without notice.
Agreeing to Dallas Golf's Privacy Policy & Email
Dallas Golf values your privacy. The personal information collected from each member, including purchase history and credit card information will be used by Dallas Golf for the purpose of the administration of the Rewards Program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by Dallas Golf's Privacy Policy. By creating a Dallas Golf account for the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by Dallas Golf’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Dallas Golf accounts who choose to opt out of all marketing communications will receive only messages related only to their account or orders and for no other purpose.
Limitation of Liability
DALLAS GOLF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON GLOBALGOLF’S LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WILLINGLY AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM DALLAS GOLF AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK.

Trademarks
Dallasgolf.com, and all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Dallas Golf and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by Dallas Golf in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Dallas Golf. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners.
Applicable Law
Dallas Golf Bucks may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the respective Member. The Program is created and controlled by Dallas Golf in the State of Texas, U.S.A. As such, the laws of the State of Texas will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby consent (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian hereby consents) to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the State of North Carolina in all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the Rewards Program. Participation in the Rewards Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective member resides.
